Wealth Is Your Birthright: Part II

From my forthcoming book "The 7 Platinum Principles of Wealth and Power"

Let’s be honest with each other for a minute. Whether some people would like to admit it or not, everyone has wondered what it would be like to be rich. Every person with a shred of ambition longs to realize their true talents and gifts. It’s just human nature. Why would anyone in their right mind want to suppress that? That would be like planting a seed in fertile soil then trying to suppress its growth. It just makes no sense; so why would you not listen to that little voice that’s telling you to become all you were meant to be?

There is no denying it. In order to become all you were meant to be, you must have wealth in some form. Also, there is nothing wrong with having enough wealth and prosperity to buy the things that bring you joy. I tell myself this at least once a day “there is nothing wrong with being wealthy and prosperous.” As a matter of fact, I personally feel that being wealthy and prosperous could never be more right. All you’re asking for is a more rich and abundant life; and what could be more noble than that? I feel that a person who does not desire wealth and prosperity in one form or another is either held back by religious beliefs or personal beliefs…maybe both.

I truly believe that we live for the mind, body, and spirit. Neither should be denied full expression. Do not let anyone tell you that you should only live or nurture one and not the other two. For the most part, we live in a very misguided and misinformed society. Believing you should only nurture one or the other is where confusion and frustration will set it. Believe me, I know from firsthand experience. It is neither right nor noble to ignore any of the faculties you were blessed with. A human being needs care for the body, spiritual enlightenment, and intellectual stimulation to be a well rounded and expressive individual.

We all know what will happen if you just live for the body and ignore the other two faculties. True expression can only be attained by nurturing all three; mind, body, and spirit.

One thing will always hold true; where there are unexpressed possibilities, an unsatisfied desire will always follow.

I think that is worth repeating. Where there are unexpressed possibilities, an unsatisfied desire will always follow.

To care for your body, you need warm clothes, palatable food, and protection from the elements. You will also need rest and relaxation to give your body an opportunity to rejuvenate itself.

To care for your mind, you will need intellectual stimulation, whether you get it in the form of books, enlightening conversation or just general observation of the beauty around you like (lakes, trees, flowing rivers, flowers, etc).

To care for your spirit, you will need constant expression through your particular religion, a daily dose of love (whether you are giving it or receiving it).

I believe that giving provides your heart with immeasurable happiness. In my humble opinion, giving to the ones you love is the highest form of happiness. My heart goes out to the people who feel they have nothing to give. You are denying yourself one of the greatest gifts you can bestow upon another individual. Here’s the catch; giving some of the gifts you have in mind will require some form of wealth. So therefore, wouldn’t you think that it is noble to accumulate some form of wealth whether or not it takes the form of money, success, or whatever your personal definition of prosperity is?

I believe the Almighty has created certain Laws that govern the process of bringing wealth and prosperity into physical existence. It is up to you how you govern yourself once you follow these Laws of God and attain what you desire. So ask yourself this question. Does God want us to attain Money, Wealth, and Success?

We all know what will happen if you just live for the body and ignore the other two faculties. True expression can only be attained by nurturing all three; mind, body, and spirit.
