Wealth and Prosperity: Your Birthright

Let me start off by saying that “there is no nobility in poverty”. I do not feel that one can live a truly complete or successful life unless they experience true wealth and prosperity. Now, that may not mean the same thing for everyone. Wealth and prosperity may carry a different meaning, depending on who you ask. To some, it may mean money, houses, cars, and the list goes on. To others, it may mean a life of spiritual enlightenment and self-discovery. In either case, no man can rise to his greatest potential unless he has plenty of wealth in either form. For his soul to unfold and develop, and for him to experience true happiness, he must become all he was meant to be. And in some cases, this requires a sum of money. But for some religious individuals, the accumulation of monetary riches seems to go against their beliefs, thus holding them back from fulfilling their true potential.

A human being consists of three entities: a mind, a body, and a soul. Each entity being fully dependent on the other. You cannot ignore one without one or the other suffering in some form. Man is chemically engineered for advancement. Endowed with the seed of greatness. Any disruption will result in negative feelings and a sense of inadequacy.

The object of this life is to become fully developed, and every human being has that right. The right to become all he/she can and should be.

You have a right to have unrestricted use of all resources at your disposal that may become necessary to develop your full potential (in mind, body, and spirit). In other words, you have the right to be wealthy and prosperous.

I am not looking to talk about wealth in a literal way. To be truly wealthy does not mean you have to be content with crumbs that are being swept off the table. You do not have to be content with having just a little bit. I do not feel that any man should have to be satisfied with anything less than the best of what it is that he wants. The purpose of your life is to become the pinnacle of your personal version of success. Nothing less will do.

I consider a man to be wealthy and prosperous if he is living his life to full capacity. Correct me if I’m wrong, but sometimes it’s hard to do that if you are always worried or concerned about money. What kind of life would you live if you could eliminate that one worry from your life? In this day and age, with all the technological advances and possibilities, people feel they have more opportunities than ever before in history. Let’s take a step forward and claim what is rightfully ours.

Whether you would like to admit it or not, every person has wondered what it would be like to be rich. Everyone has a desire to realize all of their innate talent and possibilities. It’s just human nature. It’s not something to be afraid or ashamed of. Point of the matter is, there is no denying that in order to become your version of success, you have to become what it is you truly want to be. Nothing else will do. I repeat, there is nothing wrong with having enough wealth to buy the things you want to enjoy. So it is paramount that you learn the concepts outlined in this book and utilize them in your daily lives. If you do, your definition of wealth and prosperity cannot help but come your way.

Repeat this to yourself “there is nothing wrong in wanting to be wealthy and prosperous”. As a matter of fact, being wealthy and prosperous could never be more right. All you’re asking for is a more rich and abundant life; and what could be more noble than that. I feel a person who does not desire wealth and prosperity in one form or another is either held back by religious beliefs or personal beliefs (maybe both).

I truly believe we live for the mind, body, and soul. Neither should be denied full expression. Do not believe that you should only live or nurture one and not the other two. That is where confusion and frustration will set in. It is not right or noble to nurture one and ignore the other two, or vice versa. A human being needs care for the body, spiritual enlightenment, and intellectual stimulation to be a well rounded and expressive individual.

We all know what will happen if you just live for the body and ignore the other two faculties. True expression can only be attained by nurturing all three; mind, body and soul. One thing will always hold true; where there is unexpressed possibilities, an unsatisfied desire will always follow. If you have a desire seeking expression, whatever you do, do not suppress it.

To care for your body, you need warm clothes, palatable food, and protection from the elements. You will also need proper rest and relaxation to give your body an opportunity to rejuvenate itself.

For your mind, you will need intellectual stimulation, whether you get it in the form of books, enlightening conversation or just general observation of things around you.

Your soul needs constant expression through your particular religion and a daily dose of love, whether you are on the giving end or the receiving end.

My belief is that giving provides the heart with immeasurable happiness. Giving to the ones you love is of the highest form of happiness. I really feel for the person who feels they have nothing to give. You are denying yourself one of the greatest gifts you can bestow upon another individual. To give some of the gifts you have in mind will take some form of wealth. It is therefore of paramount importance that we learn the (creative) way and the Universal way of bringing about true wealth and prosperity.
