The Birth of an Evolution

Thank you for taking the time to read the "first ever" blog post from "The UnderCover Millionaire. I feel very strongly that "The UnderCover Millionaire" will be the birth of an evolution in hundreds of thousands and possibly millions of lives. My purpose in life is to help people do 3 things. Those three things are as follows: See Their Dreams, Believe In Their Dreams, and Achieve Their Dreams.

It will be my pleasure to provide The UM family with helpful and relevant content that will have a major impact on their life. If you want to know what drives me, it's one word...Purpose. If you want to know what keeps me going, it's one word...Persistence.

Making a difference in the lives of others is what drives me. I am a whirlwind of enthusiasm, passion, excitement, and motivation. I encompass and embrace everything positive. My favorite saying is “It only takes one person who thinks differently to start a revolution.” I feel I'm a living example of what can be accomplished through vision, perseverance, and sheer determination. I always say” I can teach you what you need to do to succeed, but I cannot give you my heart.” In other words, I can teach you what to do but I cannot give you the heart to do it.

The reason I started "The UnderCover Millionaire" is to show ordinary people how to start with zero and build a “mini-financial empire” that will provide them with passive and residual income. When I use the word “retire” I mean being able to retire the “The UnderCover Millionaire Way." Retiring “The UnderCover Millionaire Way” simply means living the rest of your life getting paid to do what you love to do, because if you are getting paid to do what you love, you will never have to work another day in your life.

In the beginning, I believed in myself so much that in order to get into the investment business, I wound up homeless. Enduring various hardships, I found myself living out of my car for the better part of 3 months. I said to myself “I’m going to become a stockbroker or I’m going to die on the streets of New York City.” I really meant it. I did not have a Plan B, nor did I leave myself any escape or a way out.

Hungry and determined, I went looking for a job in New York City. My first job interview was with an investment firm called Stratton Oakmont. You may recognize that name from the popular movie “The Wolf of Wall Street” with Leonardo DiCaprio. I ended up turning them down and took a job with another investment firm I interviewed with later that day. That fateful day was his first day of the rest of his life.

Once in the investment business, I got a first-hand look at how money worked. Literally, I saw how money could work for you if invested correctly and prudently. With a take-no-prisoner attitude, I found a mentor and became successful within a short period of time. Having a (knack for the game), I found myself addicted to the investment game. My ultimate goal was to help lead other people to the “financial promised land.”

After nearly 16 years in the investment world, I decided it was time to take what I had learned and share it with truly deserving individuals who are serious about changing their lives. I have a “straight-to-the-point” way about me. I'm quick to say that "time waits for no man." So let’s not waste it. Let’s face it…Money Never Sleeps. Sometimes I wonder if I ever do.
